Bottle. Pours dark amber with a short beige head that doesn’t last long. Nose is slightly sweet and fruity with notes of cherries, toffee, berries and boiled sweets. Flavour is similar but has a stronger malt presence. Smooth oily mouthfeel with minimal carbonation and a medium to short finish that starts sweet becoming bitter. I think the style is probably right, this does seem more like an ESA than a bitter, but its very nice nonetheless. mattyhennessy (377) - Highton, AUSTRALIA - MAR 21, 2015
Pours a hazy copper amber. Tan beige head. Malt driven aromas of dark stone fruit, caramel and a strangely present citrus. Taste reflects this, with a fruit cake rum flavour, sweet malts and just a tad of fruity hop bitterness. Excellent vinhol (346) - AUSTRALIA - JUL 18, 2014

another good offering from 3 ravens. nice full boddied malt character balanced with nice punhc of bitterness as any bitter should have. having that extra malt backbone makes this more intersting as most bitters seem to taste all the same.
