Draft at Paradiso Georgetown. Clear yellow color. Herbal aroma with light spice. Taste is orange with a bit of funk and dust. OK.

Light gold with a tiny head. Nose is pretty sweet. Freshly pressed golden apples, honeyed white bread. Similar flavor. Sort of watery presses apples. Some haystack, straw. Light body, soft carbonation.

Light straw with some funk in this. Pours clear holden without any head or lacing, looks a little flat. Light citrus notes here but not very a big palate or a very memorable beer for that matter. Tap at pizza paradiso Georgetown.

Nice a simple saison. Bright fruit notes from the blood orange and rye. Very sessionable. Not the most interesting saison but still an enjoyable summer beer.

4oz pour at Pizzeria Paradiso Dupont. Poued a hazy golden color with a smal white head. Aroma was some light earthy notes, some funk. Flavor was enjoyable light funky pepper and floral notes, some earth. No real crisp character, but enjoyable nonetheless. Would drink this again to see any tweaks they might make to future batches.

12oz pour at PPD. Hazy gold with some thin white head. Nose is very earthy, a hint of manure, grass, a little wet paper bag, some honey, cheese rind. Flavor is nice, lightly sweet, lightly fruity, brie rind, some soap, some candy, a little earthy, a touch horsey. Mostly clean finish. A good attempt but it picked up some earthiness somewhere along the line.
