Ambrata carica, velata dai lieviti in sospensione, schiuma beige di buona persistenza. Aroma pepato, pompelmo, malti tostati, fieno, leggera banana caramellata. Al palato stesse caratteristiche, zucchero caramellato; parte acida per poi passare alla crosta di pane e ad una lunga coda erbacea. Corpo medio-leggero, mediamente carbonata.

floydian1 (1454) - FNQ, Australia, - AUG 11, 2013
750ml bottle at home (label states 6.3% ABV) with BB of 30-12-13. Deep amber colour with reddish hue and a yellowish-tinged persistent cream-white head of good size and lacing. Hoppy citrus aromas dominate with caramel crystal malts and a hint of nuts. On the tongue there are caramel malts balanced by quite a firm hop bitterness that lingers. Astringent and lively on the palate with a medium-fullish body. Like a more heavily hopped Irish Red Ale.

beersearcher (2382) - Glendale, California, USA - MAR 18, 2013
Pours a hazy and muddled orange / brown color. Aroma is slightly cider-y. I get some raisin type notes in the taste. A minerality is evident as well. Taste really sticks to the side of the mouth. A decent amber with a light malt touch to it.

omhper (24970) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - FEB 3, 2013
