Cask at jabeerwocky. A light hazed reddy nut brown coloured pour with lasting G loose. Light tan head. Aroma is big smoked peat, phenolic, barnyard and funk, little blue cheese. Flavour is composed of salty blue cheese smoked peat, medicinal,. Palate is no condition. Semi sweet spicy phenol. Too much peat.

Cask at Jabeerwocky - Warsaw. Pours clear brown with a strong, frothy tan head. Strong peaty smoke aroma. Light sweet flavour with lots more peat smoke, brown bread, some earthy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more strong peaty smoke, burnt ham. Real nice.
