Golden colour. Slightly spicy hop note mixed with bready malt (as per the Polish prototype). Palate is richer, but not for long, as it all fades into wateriness and thinness. skortila (6032) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - NOV 23, 2004
Canned. Simple is quite a good description for this stunning polish pilsener. Sweet oriental aroma... But welll let’s forget about Noize’ cheap mehari cigars. This beer has a sweetish malty and hoppy nose. Clear, golden coloured with a thin, white head. Taste is sweet, slightly malty, slightly hoppy, but overall watery. rauchbier (3961) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - NOV 12, 2005
Can, from High Spirits in Cleethorpes. Gold, good lasting white head and moderate condition. Faint malty nose with some metallic notes and a hint of almond as it warms. Initially soft in the mouth with a developing nuttiness and a building hop bitterness that dominates the finish, although some fruitiness shines through.

0,5 liter blik. Speciaal bier voor de poolse arbeiders hier in Nederland. Ook dit bier weinig bitter. estpiwo (1319) - ESTONIA - JUL 10, 2009
Bottle and can . Dark golden color, aroma is hoppy. Flavor is balanced and full, light hoppy aftertaste. Not so interesting, but good. probstblueribbon (3791) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - APR 23, 2010
500 ml bottle from LCBO, served cold in a tulip glass. meerbier (1474) - Pijnacker, NETHERLANDS - JUN 13, 2011
App.: Clear deep golden with a white rim.
Aroma: Grain and cereal with some light peppery, grassy hops, a little biscuit, fairly average but not bad.
Palate: Medium body and carbonation.
Flav.: Similar to the nose with a slightly more dank hop character, still fairly light and inoffensive; dry with a touch of bitterness and a light malty and minerally finish.
