33 cL bottle, thanks to Justyna for bringing me this. Pours dark brown with a little tan head. Dark roasted and mild chocolate aroma. Flavour is smooth chocolate and with a roasted malt note. Ends with a solid bitterness, slight burning note and a smooth chocolate note on top. Very drinkable baltic porter Ungstrup (39104) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - APR 17, 2004
A pitch black beer with a huge chocolate brown head. The aroma is of coffee, chocolate, alcohol, blueberries and roasted malt. The flavor is great, roasted malt, lots of bitter chocolate, coffee, toffee, raisins, prunes, plums, slight notes of smoke, and hints of the alcohol on the palate and in the aftertaste where it blends well with the bitter notes from the roasted malt. A great beer. joergen (29799) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 8, 2005
Dark brown colour with a small but lasting beige head, that makes laces.
Fruity aroma with notes of alcohol and liquorice.
Nice flavour with lots of liquorice and chocolate, and notes of alcohol and hops.
Aftertaste of chocolate and hops.
It’s a bit amazing, that this good porter is cheaper than most other porters in Denmark.

Warning! Early amateur rating! Opaque black porter, moderate carbonation. Bitter coffee start and finish. A little malt in the middle. Okay. Gets easier to drink. An aquired taste.
Bottle at home ... Thanks to Nightfall for this ... deep deep brown ... soft toffee roast malt nose ... soft gentle ... rich roast malt ... quite a lot of toffee ... burnt caramel ... liitle plums ... bit to much burnt sugers for me ... but tasty none the less. oh6gdx (26485) - Vasa, FINLAND - AUG 22, 2005
Bottled. Black opaque colour, mediumsized brown head. Sweet roasted malt in aroma. Sweet roasted malt in flavour with caramellish hints. Very good one! omhper (26043) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUL 26, 2004
Bottled, 1999(?) vintage. Near black, rich firm beige head.cSweet and rich, still a bit sugary. Lightly roasty, tarry and very salty. I don’t really think aging this beer does it very good - the hop character is probably all gone by now, but oh well, it was worth a shot...
