COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We decided to brew this tripel with some extra’s, so we added maniguette pepper. This is the spicy nephew of the black pepper which is used to give meals a warm, fresh sour and spicy taste. In this beer, it’s responsible for a full and spicy character. We’ve also added a bit of ginger for a subtle tropical freshness while the added curacao peel delivers a light bitter and sour taste. A lot of taste in this beer which is, with an alcohol percentage of 7,9, also quite robust. This beer is available for a limited time only, exclusively in our pub.
