COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is one monster of a Brown Ale! We used an obnoxious amount of chocolate malt and roasted barley to give this beer a cast iron backbone. Our Oatmeal Brown pours a dark mahogany with aromas of dark chocolate and coffee.

12floz BBD 06.30.2017, $9/six-pack. This beer doesnt emit much aroma, just a little charred wood and butterscotch. Its a dark beer, low on hoppy bitterness, but fairly high on roasted bitterness for the style. Although it is not totally traditional, its pretty tame for an American brown ale. A tough style to stand out, since to be traditional requires a certain middle of the road quality, and veer from it ventures beyond the style. 4 Hands mostly sticks to the style, and do so competently.
