Bottle from Binny’s in Bloomingdale, IL. This is an excellent brown ale. Nice deep brown pour with a soapy head. Sweet and roasty oat and nut on the aroma - nice and rich. Nice rich nutty flavor with a hint of chocolate. Just a very well made beer. Definitely stands out big time in this style.

Draft at 4 Hands in a sampler tray. Pours a clear amber-brown color with a small, resilient off-white head. Aroma of toasty and chocolate malts, nuts, grains (from the oats, presumably), brown sugar, and some earthy hops.
