COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
City of Dreams is a generously-hopped American Pale Ale. El Dorado, Centennial, and Amarillo hops lend this beer a bright, citrusy aroma with hints of tropical fruit. These mouthwatering hops are balanced by a smooth malt base, resulting in a flavorful and well-rounded summer beer.

Bottle shared in MV. Pours clear, orange-gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds crackery pale malts, semi-ripe citrus fruits, melon. Light to medium sweet flavour with more crackers, citrus peel, low bitterness. Light bodied with fine carboantion. Finishes with rounded citrus fruits, tangerine, pale bread. Good stuff, though simple.

Sent to me by Strukzone. Thanks Dave. Poured light amber with a beige head. Good lacing. Nose of citrus, light fruit, and pine. Medium body and a very resinous mouth feel. Flavor is the same as the aroma with a lot of xitrus and tropical fruit. Finish is somewhat bitter. Not sure how this differs from an IPA but who cares. Very nice beer.

Part of a flight of your choice of 3 beers for $10. at Shakers lounge. This includes the next 2 beers I rate. Golden amber pour with a white head. Aroma is fruity and dry. Taste is the same with a nice malt body. Very tasty on draft, nice lacing.

Aroma is citrus, fruit and funky hops/El Dorado. The flavor is citrus, malts, fruit, El Dorado hops/hop resin and a bitter/slightly sweet finish.

I start the pour and it’s all rocky beige head with a tiny bit of clear amber at the base. Think I got an old bottle. Date looks like April so maybe this isn’t a fair shake. Nose is fruity yeast esters and mango/ melon rind. Nice sweetish malt backbone with yeast and fruity hop coming in late. Finish is gently hoppy but lots of flavor without bitterness. Solid and sessionable.

On tap at Shooters. Pours a clear dark golden with a thin but retentive white head that laces. Aroma is sweet citrus. Taste is sweet pale malt, pink grapefruit and medium hop bitterness. Not a hop head, but this is very good.

Very dark orange color from 22oz bottle at home. Dank fruit and wet dog aroma. Very bitter and has a fruit taste I hate. Not my cup of tea

bomber from strykzone; not my style but one of the better APA’s in my book. citrus aroma. light pour - taste was balanced without being over hoppy. pine and resin hop

Draft. Light amber body. Frothy white head. Aroma of pine, resin, citrus, toasted grain. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky and lively carbonation. Light pine, resin, grapefruit. Could pass as an IPA considering the abv and hap assertiveness. Well put together, but too much resin/pine.

Has a nice hoppy flavor. One of the better pale ales I have had lately. Nice aroma on this one.
