COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cuvee Ange was inspired by the French Oak wine barrels that once housed all French wine varietals. Fermented with wild yeast and aged in a combination of Cabernet, Merlot, and Grenache barrels with raspberries and blackberries, Cuvee Ange is a fruity, tart, and complex ale. Cuvee Ange pours a bright rose with aromas of fruit, funk, and wood.

Bottle @ Mikes House. Thanks, Joe. Cloudy amber colored beer with a white head. Sour cherry and red wine vinegar on the nose. Theres some grass, red wine, and grape skin. Lots of berry, too. Sort of a sweet blueberry pie filling thing going on. Some vanilla, oak, and grass. A pretty soft beer. Not too shabby.
