COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hugo is a collaboration with Brasserie Dunham from Dunham, Quebec, Canada. A generous dry hop addition of Galaxy and Rakau hops along with a blend of Brettanomyces Claussenii and French Saison yeast gives this farmhouse saison bright notes of citrus and orchard fruits.

500ml bottle, thanks to phaleslu for sharing. Mostly hazy golden color. Thin white head. Good bits of lace. Nice herbal character, great orchard fruitiness. Mild spicy. Moderate bitter taste, light sweet. More dry. Kind of tangy. Medium-plus body, good fullness for the ABV. Lighter carbonation. Pretty damn nice. Some of the tropical fruit from those interesting hops seems to come through in the aroma.

500 ml bottle via STL trade. Bottled 05/18/15. Pours a cloudy pale yellow-gold with a small white head that settles into a very thin film and ring. Aroma of summery barnyard funk, dusty grains, lemon, tangerine, white wine, wildflowers, hay, and spice. Flavor of white peach, white grapes, musty funk, cobwebs, dusty grains, bready malts, and a good bit of spice late. Medium-bodied, with medium carbonation and a dry, funky, spicy mouthfeel. Good stuff.

Bottle, thanks for sharing! Pours a near clear light mellow yellow with a bubbly white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of grassy and flora with light grains and a bit of funk. Flavor has a real nice grass note with earthy grains, light bread and some flora.

500 mL bottle crushed with Jakebra. Pours clear yellow until you get to the bottom of the bottle. Apple juice was used as a deScriptor. Funky aroma. Earthy, hay, and pears. Quite pleasant.

theisti (4247) - Kansas, USA - DEC 23, 2015
500 ml bottle purchased at Plaza Liquors in Kansas City, Missouri. 10 24 15 printed on the bottle. The pour is slight haze golden with a well formed one inch white head. The aroma is lemon peel citrus, dry leather funk Brett, bit of tart sour and general spice Saison yeast. The taste is verry dry, Brett funk leather up front, opening up to the grass and finishing with bright lemon citrus herbal yeast. The palate is light to medium bodied, active carbonation and the dry Brett finish. Nicely put together, great recommendation from Plaza Liquor.
