Tap @ Pi STL. Pours a hazy orange appearance with a light brown head. Resiny, mild ganja, somewhat piney, grapefruity, herbal aroma. Soft but assertive resiny, ganja, piney hoppy, mild citrusy, spicy, toasted malty flavor. Super easy drinker. Nice stuff. EyeAmBaldman (461) - Illinois, USA - JUN 6, 2014
Pours a deep golden with a nice foamy white head. Aroma is slightly grapefruity yet pleasant. Taste is bitter at first but finishes nice and smooth. Man, this is a good pale ale. Too bad this is only at PI’s Pizzeria in St. Louis. I’d drink this all day. vyvvy (6835) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - MAR 30, 2013
Rating #3200 - nice to have a milestone from a local favorite. Pours fairly clear golden / orange with a white head. The aroma has light funky hops, green onions, sweet malt, some toast, caramel and cellar must. It has a medium smooth body with a light amount of prickly carbonation. The flavor starts with some toast, crackers, spice pine and citrus zest. The finish has lots of dry grapefruit. Really nice APA here. brokensail (16689) - Dublin, California, USA - JUL 20, 2014
On tap @ Pi Pizzeria. Nice amber pour with a dense khaki head. Bright floral, herbal, and citrus peel hops. Intense toast and bread as well. Some caramel, pine, and grapefruit rind. Good bitterness to the flavor. Tons of pine, grapefruit, and orange peel. Really good floral quality to it as well; quite aromatic. Solid malty base of bread, caramel, and toasted biscuits. Well done. gschrade (1107) - Collinsville, Illinois, USA - JUN 22, 2016
I got this at Pi Pizza. Pours copper with a white head. Taste pine, caramel, lightly sweet. I thought this was good. I would drink this again.

Draft at the brewery, served in a nonic glass. Pours a barely hazed, rich golden color with a slight orange hue and a small eggshell head. Aroma of grassy, herbal hops, dried grains, pepper/rye-like spice, and sweet and toasted malts. Flavor of bitter, grassy, spicy hops, crackery and toasted malts, and mixed fruits. Light-medium bodied, with a bitter, spicy, oily mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Dry finish. Really nice APA. csaso (2361) - Missouri, USA - MAY 18, 2013
Tap - average size foamy head, medium old color, nice grapefruit hop aroma and flavor, mild malt balance, slightly dry finish, not bad

Half pint at 4 Hands. This was very much a hop forward beer. Citrus hops that had to be Cascade and Centennial. Malts are soft and are pale. A bit of applesauce. A nice beer. brucebruce81 (392) - GUAM - JAN 17, 2013
