12 oz bottle crushed with my Honkeybra. Immediate rush of ethyl acetate in the aroma. Huge nail polish remover aroma. Got some resinous hops in there as well. Flavor is hoppy, citrus, bit nail polish, bit ash tray? Drinkable but a bit flawed. Not bad. Frank (4220) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 26, 2014
This beer has a really fantastic clear, red color but maybe does not quite taste as good as it looks--though it isn’t bad either. The focus here is squarely on American hops, presumably centennials at least in part, and while it doors have solid bitterness in the finish it does not really have the kind of vibrant fruity node the best ales of its kind have. Definitely, I could knock back a couple of these no problem but there is really nothing stand out excellent to make me want to buy this again. HonkeyBra (4044) - Lemont, Illinois, USA - FEB 21, 2014
12 oz. bottle. Pours a dark reddish color with a thick khaki colored head. Big aroma of citrus, orange peel, herbal and grass hop notes, mild caramel and biscuity malt aromas. Flavor is quite bitter, lots of bitter citrus hops, with medium biscuity and cereal malt sweetness. Though, hop forward, nice. Medium bodied, with a lively carbonation. Finishes long and bitter. This is a great hop forward amber ale that’s really more of an IPA. crossovert (13412) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 19, 2014
A rd ale with A LOT of centennial character.Lots of citrus nad lforal/herbal notes. Nice. jefftravis17 (30) - Forest Park, Illinois, USA - FEB 19, 2014
Strong reddish amber color not much head, limited lacing. Aroma had less upfront hops than I was expecting based on description. Taste was also not as complex or balanced as I thought might come through. Very average amber, decent just not exceptional in any way.

Draft at Vedge. Pours a murky reddish-amber with creamy beige head and lace. Nose of citrus, bread, caramel, light roast. Medium body, nice citrusy hop flavor. Light biterness. DrewFace (969) - Melbourne, Florida, USA - OCT 20, 2013
Pours a deep amber. Nice hop character in the aroma paired with the malt notes. Caramel and mild toasted malt flavor. Decent hop flavor and bitterness. Some stale like or malt extract type flavor toward the end. Homer321 (5142) - Melboring, Florida, USA - OCT 20, 2013
Bottle thanks to strykzone. Deep red, fairly clear. Small odd white head. Moderately bitter with a very toasty and sweet malt backbone. Almost a dusty note to the flavor but I get that from Munich malt sometimes. Ok but nothing great.

Bomber from Blue Dog. Pours hazy coppery toward ruby with off-white lacy head. Nose is bready caramel malt, resiny hops, vinous fruit. Tastes assertively hoppy, with notes of vinous fruit, substantial caramel malt, and a finishing bitterness.
