Bomber from Blue Dog. Pours hazy coppery toward ruby with off-white lacy head. Nose is bready caramel malt, resiny hops, vinous fruit. Tastes assertively hoppy, with notes of vinous fruit, substantial caramel malt, and a finishing bitterness.
Got some malty and biscuity flavor. Doesn’t really have that bite from hops. Gets better when the beer warms up a little.

22oz botle. Poured a deep amber color with an off white head. Citrus, caramel, and some toastiness. fuzzcro (295) - Illinois, USA - MAY 15, 2016
Decent but nothing special. The bitterness front to back is not something that appeals to me. Bit watered down also. scarletfire65 (1485) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 6, 2016
Draft at Kasey’s Tavern. Light amber pour. Piney hops, caramel, red fruits, cardboard, dry finish. alexanderj (3605) - Branson, Missouri, USA - JAN 11, 2016
Bottle. Nice looking amber/auburn pour with an off white head. A really full and quality aroma. Citrus, fruit, candy/sweetness, and a touch of earthiness. Nice flavor, a bit more dry. Orange and citrus, gets a bit flat in the finish.

Looks stunning, tastes hoppy yet well balanced. Aroma and palate are both good. Overall I would drink this again, it is way more complex than other Amber ales I have had.

Malty, nutty, and earthy with a bit of caramel and spice. Light but full, a long drawn out finish. jmohno (1640) - Iowa, USA - SEP 11, 2015
Color is a slight reddish copper, light head. Metallicy mineral aroma hints of malt slight hop, could be old malts- metallaic or just the can, but people would say cans don’t = metallic, which I disagree sometimes. This sure tastes like it was sitting in metal. Underneath some thinness alcohol and metallic there is some caramel malts and some hop backbone in flavor and bitter, has some resiony plantyness but not a very good example of centennial hops. Best by 9/15/15 guess they meant yesterday 9/10/15. Drinks like a 4-5%er. thegreenrooster (4484) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - JUL 4, 2015
Pour is a dark amber with a small white head. Aroma is of oily caramel malt. Flavor is more of the caramel malt. Finish has some very minimal herbal hop. This was ok but nothing great at the same time. A bit heavier malt presence than most other amber ales. Cousin_Larry (895) - - JUN 27, 2015
Pours crimson with white head. Flavor is bitter citrus and bread/malt. Not good at all.
