COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Centennial hop is the centerpiece of our American Red Ale. Reprise pushes the limits of a single hop with an amazing bouquet and stunning bitterness all the way through. The citrus character provides an experience you will want to repeat. Reprise is crimson in color with aromas of citrus fruit and biscuit malts.

Tap - good size thick head, deep amber red color, good size grapefruit hop aroma and flavor, well balanced with sweet malt - did not expect it to be this hoppy, but that is good for me!

Bottle. Pours a reddish color with white head. Hoppy, grassy, caramel aromas. Nice grassy, floral hops flavors that goes well with the caramel malt flavors. Very nice red ale.

Finhead (1800) - OFallon, Illinois, USA - JAN 4, 2013
Clear amber with a slightly tan head. The aroma is citrus and light pine with a caramel backbone. It has a medium body with oily texture and average carbonation. The taste mildly bitter with semi-dry finish.

Pours a beautiful, deep amber with moderate beige head. One of the best looking brews in a glass I’ve seen. Nice hops on the nose, a bit of caramel and biscuit malt in the taste, with a good dry finish. Very good - would love on tap!

Bomber from Blue Dog. Pours hazy coppery toward ruby with off-white lacy head. Nose is bready caramel malt, resiny hops, vinous fruit. Tastes assertively hoppy, with notes of vinous fruit, substantial caramel malt, and a finishing bitterness.
