COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fawn Blonde Ale is a refreshing beer, but don’t discount its complexity. Three varieties of hops add spicy characteristics; floral yeast notes balance the flavor and add depth. Manhattan Brewing Company of Chiciago produced their Picnic Beer from 1933 to 1940. We envision this beer as a modern reincarnation - an ideal session able beverage for those who like their blondes with a little sass.

Had it on tap at Jerry’s Sandwiches in Andersonville Chicago. Poured a light hazy shade of yellow. A hefeweizen aroma with a smoother than smooth light ale hop taste.

Draft at Jerry’s. Pale yellow with big, foamy, white head, big legs / Dry, stylish nose of straw, citrus, spice, cream / Light to medium body, dry, light astringency, but with excellent fruit balance, and bitter finish / Elegant, mild, dry spice flavors of lemon, pear, straw, wildflower, coriander, cream / A perfect beer for outdoors on a summer day.
