An excellent Pils! Most Ratebeer members favor the heavier beers, especially IPAs and Imperial IPAs. So, the lighter beers (Pils, lagers and wheats) never seem to rate as high as heavier beers. Do not be deceived by the ratings, Gringolandia Super Pils is an excellent Pils. A bold, clean, crisp beer with a hint of fruit. I almost made the mistake of not trying this beer due to lower ratings, but my local package store clerk strongly recommended Gringolandia. A great beer.
For the most part this is a regular pilsner. They managed to cover the higher alcohol and keep the beer light. thedm (6184) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - MAY 1, 2017
This bottled brew from a bottle shop was served at a cool temperature and poured a head of finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a softly carbonated body slightly hazy yellow orange colored body and a good lacing. The mild aroma was malt hop. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish hoppy aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of malt and bread dough. A decent one that I would consider drinking again. hotstuff (5158) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - APR 23, 2017
Rated on 4-23-2017. The appearance of this bottled beer is a large white head that is mostly lasting, transparent yellow body, very slow rising carbonation observed, and one ring of lacing. The aroma is citrus hops, floral, juicy, grass, spicy, and malt. The flavor presents light-medium bitterness, fruity hops, grassy hops, quite sweet, malt, and somewhat crisp. The mouthfeel is moderate carbonation and this beer is light-medium bodied. This is a rather easy drinking beer with the alcohol well hidden. It is more bitter/hoppy tasting than malty tasting and it has a lot of sweetness in the taste of it. tderoeck (9724) - Gent, BELGIUM - MAR 30, 2017

Bit cloudy beige yellowish beer, big solid creamy irregular yellowish head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: bit sweet, marzipan, almost sugary. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sweet, malty, some marzipan, little fruity, peach candy. Aftertaste: fruity, alcohol, sweet malts, marzipan, slightly bitter, grains, cow fodder.
Can at home, brought by tderoeck/Erwin, thanks! Malty, very sweet, light hops, not really special but ok.

Sampler from Discount Liquors in Waukesha. Light sweet nose. Quite fruity. The taste is more sweet malty. Thicker than expected. Finishes quite sweet. 13 Johnstledger8 (1196) - Dublin, IRELAND - NOV 1, 2016

12 oz bottle from Sonoma Cellars in Delavan, WI, served a bit above fridge temp in a König Pils glass. Large head (average by pils standards) sits atop a medium clear gold body, decays slowly...honey-sweet-malt dominated nose, touches of sweet flowers, hints of apple...pretty sweet body, on the edge of being too sweet, but it feels like it all comes from the malt, a vague hint of caramelized sugar it with that solid pils malt...body is very full, carbonation low to moderate; this is almost the opposite of the Omnipollo pils I had just beforehand - heavy and sweet while that was bitter and light and frothy - and both go a little too far to those extremes, not having the balance to make them really good though both have some quality embedded I think. On the whole this too-sweet version wins out over the too-fizzy and dry example, just barely. islay (2755) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUL 27, 2016
Approximately 7 oz. from a 12 oz. bottle, consumed on 7-20-16. Pours a hazy, pale golden with off-white head. Good lacing. Honeyed, juicy aroma. Nice, floral hops in the pleasant smell. Spicy, perfumed aroma and flavor. Sweet, tangy, honeyed, vegetal, saison-esque taste. Unremarkable and unmemorable palate effects. Overall, too sweet for my tastes and just not very good. smith4498 (3646) - Winter Springs, Florida, USA - JUN 30, 2016
Draft @ Titanic. Pours slightly hazy golden color with white head. Bready and grassy aromas. Slightly sweet fruit flavor with cracker malt and grassy hops. Medium body with average carbonation.
