COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A beer that captures the summer fun of Paletas, the Spanish word for "popsicles". Brewed with Brazilian guava, pink peppercorn, tarragon and orange blossom water, this sessionable wheat beer is a more sophisticated alternative to shandies and radlers.

#1 - Guava with pink peppercorn and tarragon

Appearance: Brighter rose copper. Hazy. Finger of white foam. Nose: faint guava, tropical fruit scent. Elements of lighter wheat and a little grassiness Taste: wheat grain elements, with some tartness and juicy with a lighter guava hint. Body: lighter and effervescent Parting thoughts: A very light guava beer. would be fantastic in warm-hot conditions. Should have had it in the summer.

This canned brew from a bottle shop was served at a cool temperature and poured a medium sized head of foamy fine to medium sized white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a strong bubbly carbonation body hazy pink colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The mild aroma was fruity. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a lingering fruity aftertaste. The weird flavor contained notes of guava and fruity. A decent one but not one that I would consider drinking again.

Draft: Cloudy, pink, with a small creamy white head. Pink grapefruit, guava aroma. Tart, soft guava, grain malt taste. Light and summery....delicate.... Pretty cool.....refreshing.

Can. Pinkish beer that has a fluffy and rocky light colored head. Guava in the aroma and it is a thinner one. Feel is thin, too. Flavor is also light. Wheat and the guava. Malt is akin to a saison and I taste a little earth. This is a pleasant summer crusher.

Pour is a pink with a large creamy white head. Aroma is some wheat malt and a light fruit juice. Flavor has more of the guava and some peppercorn. Pretty light all around with very little mouth feel. It did have a decent flavor of guava juice but not much beyond that.

Taste: Slight sour grapefruit and a hint of guava juice, not much wheat taste, clean finish. Funky nose, with some grapefruit fermented notes. Pink hue, unfiltered, with tall pinkish head and some ring lattice. Lite body. Just not my taste.

On tap at the Crafty Cow in Oconomowoc. Pale pink pour with a bit of an off-white pink tinged head. Aroma and taste are sweet and tart guava, a touch of grain and a touch of spice. Light. The nose is better with the guava promise. Shrug? A bit of a "juice" presence to it. Light-to-medium bodied. Finishes lightly sweet & tangy. Interesting summer brew. 12.3

UPDATED: AUG 17, 2016 Bottle .Light aromas of grain, cereal and guava. Head is small, frothy, white with some slippery lacing and is mostly diminishing to a small ring. Color is murky pink. Flavor starts lightly to moderately, and finishes lightly acidic. Palate is light to medium, watery with a fizzy carbonation. An okay Fruit Beer with a nice guava presence, but it tastes more like flavored seltzer. Could be considered a Berliner Weiße too.

Draft - Sweet guava and a touch of tartness. Light hazy pink with a small white head. Light guava and a nice finish. Juice me than beer, but still good.
