Pours a hazy honey golden with a thick, fluffy, off-white, fine-bubbled, persistent head. Aroma is rich and fruity, mainly orange with yeasty and malty undertones. Flavor is quite strong, yeasty, orangy and slightly bitter. Texture is edgy, tingly and fizzy and leaves quite a tinge on the tongue. DrinkEmUpJones (1069) - Georgia, USA - APR 29, 2011
Pours cloudy orange with thick white head. Orange peel and banana on the nose with a little grapefruit and hay. Full-bodied palate is creamy, yeasty and a little lactic but balanced with citrus flavors. Loooooong finish. Excellent. Great for food pairing or patio weather! decaturstevo (6244) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - MAR 9, 2010
Gold pour with nice fluffy white head and lace. Very nice clovish aroma. Flat straw and clove with sweet malt flavor. A tad thin with soft carbonation. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JAN 8, 2010
(Draught) Pours a hazy yellow body with a dense medium off-white head. Aroma of herbs, nuts, orange, lemon, mustiness, and grass. Flavor of grass, herbs, grain, orange peel, clove, subtle honey, and pepper. GTAEgeek (2217) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - JUN 29, 2013
On tap at the brewpub. Light yellow pour, with a medium, white head. The aroma is heavy citrus, white bread, bananas, cloves, and lots of candi sugar. Very sweet flavor, with some good, citrusy tartness. Medium body, very lively, and spicy. Overall, this is a very sweet, flavorful saison, with a good mouthfeel.

Appearance: Near clear, deep yellow body with a small, tight, white head.
Smell: Subtle spiciness gleaned from the hops and yeast ushers in the sweetish malts, with some notable hints of pilsner and wheat malt. Light fermented honey character. Mild, fruity notes of farm-fresh apples and pears.
Taste: Pils malts with some further touches of lightly malted barley and wheat. Then in comes a sweetish taste of wildflower honey. Small splash each of a cider and a perry for some fruitiness. Spicy, earthy Noble hops with a light imparted bitterness. Finishes drying, vaguely spicy and with a lingering fermented honey taste.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-high carbonation.
Drinkability: A downright decent saison to pair fairly well with a bar patron trying to sell the rest of us on the unique virtues of Eckhart Tolle and his book A New Earth, though admittedly, he hasn’t read the entire book. aracauna (3599) - Georgia, USA - JUL 5, 2012
First thing I noticed was a slight tartness, which actually balances well with the bittering from the hops and the malt. This isn’t a mind blowing beer, but it’s actually really good. Hank1980 (966) - Athens, Georgia, USA - SEP 18, 2009
On tap. Poured a cloudy gold, with a nice-sized off-white head, some lacing. Aroma is less funky than I expected, after having Maggie’s from Terrapin. Nose was mostly fruity, with some spice. Taste is also fruity, with some spice, some yeast. Mouth is relatively light, with plenty of fizz. Overall, an okay brew, though I expected a little more for a Terrapin collaboration. GABF 09. Pours a slight hazy deep straw with a lingering thin white head. Aroma is doughy, wheaty, slight lemon zest, spicy and phenolic saison yeast- light fruit ester. Flavor is somewhat clean at first , but as warms gets a slight bit soapy- lemon, phenolic, plastic, grass, green hops, and a moderate to light sweetness in the end- not dry enough. Average saison from an above average brewery- I expected more from them. deyholla (11597) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - AUG 18, 2012
Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has a good amount of flora with light Belgian spices and a hint of cookie/honey. Flavor is sweet with flora and light fruits up front (some apple) with a good amount of sweetness coming out in the finish driven by honey.
