Also known as 5 Seasons Big Horn Bock
Commercial description
A classic beer style that originated in the town of Einbeck in central Germany. Bock is a German word for goat or ram (a symbol of strength). Real Bock is a rich, strong, mahogany colored lager brewed in the fall and aged through winter. Ours is a really big brew, with chewy malt flavor, a slightly nutty aftertaste and enough body to make a Zeigfield girl jealous. It gets its deep color from lots of medium roasted lager malt imported from Bamberg. The Hallertau and Spalt hops are there, but merely balance the richness and malt character without being dominant.
