On tap at the 5 Seasons (only 3 of 5 taps had beer that night). It was delivered to the table with a minimal head very quick to diminish and was sitting on top of a light gold brew. The aroma and taste were both of light roasted malt and slightly fruity. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - MAY 31, 2006
(Draught) Pours a lightly hazy yellow body with a small white creamy head. Aroma of butter and citrus. Flavor of lemon and wheat. Light, clean, and refreshing summer brew. Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - APR 26, 2006
UPDATED: DEC 6, 2009 Tap at 5 seasons. Pour is very light gold, crystal clear, good carbonation and a nice pure white head. Aroma is bready pils malt, light crackers, and fresh light herbal spicy German hops. Flavor is mostly clean fresh pils malt with some light sweetness and finishes with a clean hop bitterness. Overall very clean, full bodied for a helles, and smooth. Nice Helles. goldtwins (4320) - Nesconset, New York, USA - MAR 29, 2006
Draft @ the 5. Poured a clear light amber color. Nice malty caramel aroma. Some sweetness. The flavor continues with the maltiness. Light notes of cereal. Dry finish. 21iceman40 (1735) - Grafton, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 31, 2005
Its not everyday that you can enjoy a helles on tap. I must add that the waiter was a fuckin prick. LIght copper color to it, lots of malts in the aroma. Not nad at all, a solid beer.

On tap at the Brewpub in Atlanta. Light golden pour with a crisp, clean white head. Good, thick lacing is left behind in the glass. Fresh lake water aroma, not too noticeable. Some sweet honey accents ini the flavor with some underlying bready cake-mix like maltiness. Thick enough mouthfeel. Overall, decent. MrRomero (1976) - Nolanville, USA - MAY 3, 2005
Draft at the brewery: Poured golden yellow with a medium white head. Light spice aroma with hints of banana and lemon. Mild sweet finish. Crisp and tasty. legion242 (2348) - Richardson, Texas, USA - APR 11, 2005
Bright yellow; good malt nose. Very dry hhit at first sip. Stays to dry. Well done, but too dry. Shag (3001) - Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA - APR 4, 2005
Ratings go poof? Anyway this was a pretty standard beer. A crisp grassy and lemon flavor. A very herbal citrus aroma. Pretty standard stuff really. Good for hot weather but these guys do alot better. wunderbier (1434) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAR 30, 2005
Draft. Light gold/straw colored hue with fair variation and visible carbonation. Short, creamy, white head is short lived. Soft floral hops arive at the nose first followed by a delicate hay malt profile. There’s a hint of fruit (pears?) to go along. Solid, but not at the top of the style. Lightly sweet, lightly acidic flavor becomes a lightly sweet, lightly bitter finish. Finishes dry and grainy without being astringent. Medium-light body, watery/soft texture, lively carbonation. The bottom line is: solid effort. Could use diversity in the aroma and flavor, but no real flaws.
