Comes out of the tap a beautiful clear coppery orange with a thick, pale orange-beige head that hangs around for a bit. Aroma is spicy and has a decided overtone of pumpkin. Flavor is richly of pumpkin and malt with hints of cloves and cinnamon and a hoppy undertone. Smooth texture makes this beer refreshing and satisfying. Deep warm amber, not much head. Mild spicy aroma. Nice notes of nutmeg, not vegetal at all but the body has some of the pumpkin squash character. Low carbonation, rather thin in finish. Spice flavors are all up front and then vanish out at the end. ChainGangGuy (4897) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - NOV 27, 2007
Appearance: Pours a hazy caramel-colored body with a thin ring of off-white bubbles.
Smell: Aroma of spiced caramel and fresh pumpkin innards.
Taste: Rich, sweet caramel malts with a touch of breadiness. Very fresh-tasting pumpkin flavor with a blip of tart fruitiness. Subdued cinnamon spice character and a touch of earthy bitterness. The sweetness gets a second wind and picks back up for the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Very mild carbonation.
Drinkability: A very nice pumpkin ale full of flavor and good, wholesome fun.

I enjoyed this on on Halloween. Aroma of pumpkin spice & yummy pumpkin pie. Color is deep copper. Thin amber head. Flavor is good pumpkin (ususally hard to detect), squash flavor in a medium creaminess. Medium bodied. Very flavorful, enjoyable, chewy, and fun. drewbeerme (3920) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 2, 2011
draft at west side. pours hazy gold with white head. nose has pumpkin, vanilla, and nutmeg. flavors are loaded with nutmeg and pumpkin. dry finish, not bad. jrob21 (3722) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - OCT 31, 2010
On tap at the westside location. I was a day or two late to get this straight outa the pumpkin but it was a decent mostly pumpkin version of the beer. Only complain was the lack of carbonation. It just fell a little flat. There is a good, well balanced, bit of spice, cinnamon but mostly clove. The pumpkin presence is definitely there and working all through the background and tasty. aracauna (3616) - Georgia, USA - NOV 26, 2010
I had the Westside edition. Hazy amber body. Spicing here is perfect. It’s evident enough to immediately bring to mind pumpkin pie without any of the harshness that often comes from spices in beer. This is fairly light in body and flavor but very nice. lithy (2996) - Capital of Appalachia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 19, 2009
Hazy orange, white froth. Nice allspice, pumpkin pie spicing. Taste is clove, a bit of spice, heavy with sweet malty base to hold it up.
