chinchill (5314) - South Carolina, USA - DEC 20, 2015
On tap at the Prado location in December 2015.
Pours dark mahogany in color with a decent head that leaves almost no lacing.
The aroma mostly reflects the bourbon and bourbon barrel aging. This is not a bad thing, especially with Heaven Hill involved.
Flavor: very mildly bitter.
Mouthfeel: soft and smooth, with warming but almost no heat from the high (~ 9,5%) ABV. Light carbonation with a medium body.
O: Highly recommended for fans of this style.. kp (10880) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - FEB 25, 2012

Strong aroma has woody and subtle malty notes and a hint of caramel. It pours a warm opaque chocolaty brown with a thick pale tan head that leaves behind some good lacing. Flavor is quite tasty - fruity, malty, caramel and woody notes with hints of honey and horehound. Firm-bodied fizzy texture leaves a nice malty, fruity, slightly sweet and rather tingly finish. Happy Holidays, whatever you choose to celebrate this time of year! aracauna (3680) - Georgia, USA - DEC 22, 2011
Dark brown. Fairly sweet. Nice vanilla and caramel. Bourbon isn’t too strong. Nice balance.
