chinchill (5314) - South Carolina, USA - DEC 20, 2015
On tap at the Prado location in December 2015. Pours dark mahogany in color with a decent head that leaves almost no lacing. The aroma mostly reflects the bourbon and bourbon barrel aging. This is not a bad thing, especially with Heaven Hill involved. Flavor: very mildly bitter. Mouthfeel: soft and smooth, with warming but almost no heat from the high (~ 9,5%) ABV. Light carbonation with a medium body. O: Highly recommended for fans of this style..

Cybercat (6145) - Georgia, USA - DEC 23, 2011
Strong aroma has woody and subtle malty notes and a hint of caramel. It pours a warm opaque chocolaty brown with a thick pale tan head that leaves behind some good lacing. Flavor is quite tasty - fruity, malty, caramel and woody notes with hints of honey and horehound. Firm-bodied fizzy texture leaves a nice malty, fruity, slightly sweet and rather tingly finish. Happy Holidays, whatever you choose to celebrate this time of year!

Dark brown. Fairly sweet. Nice vanilla and caramel. Bourbon isn’t too strong. Nice balance.
