Tap at 5 seasons. Pours a light to medium amber, clear with a thin white lasting head. Aroma is light, but sweet malt and light herbal and spicy euro hops. Flavor is smooth with munich and vienna toasted malts, light caramel, hops and slightly nutty. Good crisp clean and smooth finish, although the body seems a bit too light. From tap at brewpub : A big spicey malty smell. Pours clear dark amber color with good lacing and half finger head. Spices and malt on the taste side. Medium body wtih a very smooth feel. Not much aftertaste. I really liked this one. GTAEgeek (2497) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - APR 7, 2015
On tap at the brewpub. Lovely dark copper color and a little cloudy. Brilliant nose of caramel, candy cherries, and a touch of rye. Sweet and syrupy, with a touch of bitterness and spice. Medium body, smooth, and creamy. This is a nice, flavorful, and approachable lager. beeryum (652) - Norcross, Georgia, USA - JUN 25, 2005
Draft, amber color pour. Moderate caramel malty aroma, with some spicy noble hop character. Flavor is similar, with some breadiness. I found this a decent beer for its style. tomciccateri (1035) - Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA - JUL 4, 2005
On draught at the spaceous brewpub. A clear amber but a mellow hops presence gives way to a very soft, rich malty flavor. A nice, well-balanced Bavarian beer.

don’t understand the 1.9 rating but anyway. Deep copper color with thin head. Sweet taste of camamel malt and a good balance of grain and malt. Nice finish and very drinkable. scraff (2125) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - MAY 1, 2006
Clear sparkling amber, creamy white head. Nose of toasted caramel and toffee malt, touches of bread throughout. Nice balance with toasty flavors of more caramel and toffee, and a light bitterness keeping the sweet malt in check. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation, clean toasted malt finish. A good session brew…

Sampled from the tap at the Prado location. Pours a clear crisp gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has some crisp lager yeast with light notes of hay and grass with a strong sweet grain backbone. Flavor begins with crisp lager yeast and light grass but quickly fills up with sweet grain and hay. b79turner (261) - Birmingham, Alabama, USA - JUL 13, 2013
On tap at the Prado location. Amber color with a white fluffy head. Nose is caramel, pine, a little bit of funk. Not too bad.
