TheDM and Hotstuff vacation brew 25. This draft brew was enjoyed at the brewery in Atlanta Georgia. Dennis, the owner, treated us royally. He kept bringing sample after sample to our table. We were given every courtesy and treated very well. Thanks to their fine staff. This brew poured a small head of fine to medium sized off white colored mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a transparent softly carbonated orange brown colored body and a fair lace. It had a Munichner malt aroma and a smooth flat mouthfeel. The flavor was a nice medium malt hop one. RateandPillage (426) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - JAN 15, 2005
Nice clear reddish-amber with small white head. Aroma and flavor of Saaz hops. A little malty for a Vienna, but not bad. Probiere (992) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 14, 2005
Mild well-integrated caramel malts, smooth mouthfeel, no noticeable diacetyl. Clean drinking and not too syrupy. goldtwins (4320) - Nesconset, New York, USA - MAR 29, 2006
Draft @ the 5. Poured a clear copper color with a thin beige head. Malty sweet aroma with notes of caramel and a touch of fruit. The flavor pretty much mimicked the aroma. Light bitterness on the finish. Light to medium bodied. decaturstevo (6240) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - FEB 13, 2010
Deep gold with white head and lace. Medium earthy hop aroma and a slight spiciness. Caramel and wheat flavor. Medium bodied almost slick with good carbonation.

Pint at brewery - Aroma of toasty lager malts with a touch of hops. Pours copper with a small head and decent lacing. Flavor matches aroma. Palate is crisp and clean. An easy drinking brew. unclemattie (4358) - Georgia, USA - DEC 13, 2006
Had this one on tap at the 5 for Sara’s BDay. Amber in color. A very nice Märzen style. Very balanced. Slight bitter finish. desurfer (1302) - Melbourne, Florida, USA - DEC 21, 2007
Moderately roasty and sweet with a complement of mild hoppiness. Finish is very malty and full. Good session beer. BlackDonald (1126) - Gulf Shores, Alabama, USA - JUN 4, 2008
Pretty enjoyable, I am glad this is on tap everytime I visit Atlanta. This is always a good first beer of the evening at the brewery. Hoppy, somewhat herbal nose and just a hint of sweet caramel as well. Pretty savory on the palate, with some sweet breadiness, but could have just a bit more fruit characters. Draft at Roswell brewpub.
Poured clear copper color with an average creamy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate toasted sweet malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium sweet finish that was moderate in duration.
This is a solid beer for style.
