Clear light golden color with white head. Nice dry spice, dusty pale malt aromas. medium body. Dry pale malt, industrial pale lager flavors--missed something Suttree (6385) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - MAY 13, 2012
Cloudy, murky yellow,, with big dense white head. Smells flowery, slightly medicinal, and yeasty. Flavor is some banana, some vanilla, and subtle, grassy hops finish. A little more boozy than I would’ve preferred, but still tasty. beernovice39 (3270) - Idaho, USA - MAR 22, 2012

Smell: A small sniff of pils and wheat, a passing nosegay, and little elements of lemon and spice.
Taste: Seems to be a light blend of pils and wheat malt. Slightly sweet. Sweetness is quickly cut by accents of clove and star anise, then, but floral hints and some soft lemon. Modest bitterness. Drying and fairly crisp as you approach the finish with a lingering spiciness into the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium-plus carbonation.
Overall: Fairly good, I always prefer the amply carbonated, relatively lighter ABV saisons.
