We use all German malts, German hops and German lager yeast. This beer takes almost three months to make. It is smooth. It is medium bodied with a nice malt character and has a slight toasted caramel note.

Pours clear coppery brown with a fairly thick buff head. Toasty, malty aroma has notes of cloves and caramel and a hint of woody hops. Flavor is mainly toasty malt, plus caramel, cloves, and a bit of hops. Firm body and bountiful fizz round out a superior maibock. It’s electric!

Draft. Crystal clear amber body topped by small white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, caramel, orange, some spicy, bread. Taste is moderately sweet, caramel, some orange, spicy, light bread. Medium body, light stickiness.

aracauna (3710) - Georgia, USA - JUL 26, 2014
Rich for a lager. Sweet malts. Definite caramel. Nuts in the finish. Not hop forward but enough bitterness for the malt.

GTAEgeek (2502) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - APR 17, 2014
Short pour at 5 Seasons North. Pours clear, dark orange, with a medium, foamy head and lots of lacing. Dank barnyard notes, resin, spruce, cinnamon, and peat. Malty sweetness, with a fairly significant, unpleasant bitterness. Medium body, astringent, clingy, with a long, bitter aftertaste. This has a lot of promise, but seems overhopped, in a bad way. The flavor is off-putting, and the aftertaste is long and unpleasant.

AmEricanbrew (7080) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - AUG 20, 2012
Clear golden color with lasting white sheen. Nice fruit cake, sweet spice, dark bread aromas. medium body. Toasted bread, caramel, yeasty, fruity flavors--good
