On tap @ 5 Seasons Westside. Slightly hazed amber colored beer with white foam. Super harsh solvent and alcohol. A lot of green apple in there, too. Sweet and sugary...even syrupy. Pours.hazy dark, reddish-brown, with a thin and short-lived tan head.
Fruity and a bit boozy, with malt and a touch of yeast in the background.
Taste to is fruity, south plenty of plum and a light spiciness.
M: a tad thin but near medium body with god carbonation.

Pours opaque mahogany with a light tan head. Aroma has strong malty and fruity notes, the latter containing cherry and pear. Bold flavor has fruity and malty notes, apple plus cherry and pear, as well as a hint of woody hops - and quite an alcohol nip! Firm texture does not have a lot of fizz,but will clamp down on the tongue. Appearance: Opaque, mahogany-hued body with a very thin, near white head.
Smell: Caramel coated fruits of chewy, faintly tart berries with lightly toasty, bready malts, a small, small nibble of banana, a hint of spice, and a leisurely swig of liquor.
Taste: A spring of sweet caramel with modestly bready malts and a thick, crusty vein of cherry and raspberry fruitiness. Light pinches of nutmeg, ground cloves, and white pepper for some pressing spice accents. A little banana on the back end as the preceding fruits settle. Warming alcohol presence on the fruity, spicy finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-plus body. Not heavy on the tongue, but there’s a bit of stickiness present. Medium carbonation.
Overall: It’s a decent, fitting dubbel.
