Draft at the Brewpub with streets. Pours a dense orange body sub no head. Aroma is yeast and candy. Mouthfeel is slightly dry with notes of Belgian yeast, dry grass, belgian candy and light earthy hop. ben4321 (6772) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - AUG 12, 2012
Location: Draft at the Brewpub, 8/10/12 blipp (9784) - La Mesa, California, USA - JUL 5, 2012
Aroma: The nose has some spice, some fruitiness, and some alcohol notes
Appearance: Pours a slightly hazed gold-orange color with a small head and light lace
Flavor: The taste similar to the nose, medium sweet, light bitter, and has some plus spice
Palate: The body of this one is medium-plus, it has a tingly feel to it, and finishes lightly dry
This one was a very beer. Those that enjoy the somewhat sweeter examples of the Belgian Strongs and Tripels will definitely enjoy this one. Solid stuff again.
Draft. Pours hazy orange with a white head. Fruity and spicy yeasty, with light peachy and flowery notes, and a quick grainy and yeasty finish. Pretty good.
