COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian style farmhouse ale, reminiscent of citrus fruits such as oranges or lemons and herbs, small phenolic presence gives a slight peppery note, has a slight tartness. A perfect warm weather ale that pairs great with food.

On tap at 508. Pours a mostly clear amber with a thin white head. Soft musk on the nose, a touch of grain and yeast. Medium bodied, sweet and musky, a nice touch of grain and wheat. A bit too grainy for what I’d want from a saison, but it’s still a tasty beer and easy drinking. Wheat and malt into the finish with some yeast bitterness and phenolic notes.

Draft at 508 with streets. Pours a deep, bright orange with thick haze and light lacing. Aroma is yeasty. Mouthfeel is bitter with notes of dry citrus, yeast and spices.

Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Fruity and yeasty, light banana-like fruity notes, and a spicy and earthy finish. Pretty good.
