On tap at the Queen Vic. Pours a cloudy coppet with a small off white head leaving sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is a faint yeast and bready malt. Thin mouthfeel with a light caramel malt and light bitter finish, kinda watery. A decent belgian strong ale from 512, prefer the original.

Tap at the Moth. Soooo glad I am having this tonight! Pours a clear orange color with very light head. Aroma is nice! Woody, raisin, alcohol and slight spices. reviewing off my notes, apologies for the shortness.
head dissipates quickly, and the nose is bourbon with some fruitiness to indicate the brandy. Vanilla and oak sneak in there with the obvious oak aging process. Taste is right on par with the nose, bourbon with a faint fruitiness, vanilla and oaky with a very sweet finish.
This is much thinner than I was expecting, and too thin for my taste... something that holds this bourbon flavor should be thicker in my opinion. Booze heat is well hidden if you dont think of the bourbon flavor as being boozy.

(Draught) Pours a cloudy amber brown body with a small off-white head. Aroma of vinous, caramel, brandy, and cherry. Flavor of caramel, toffee, cherry, brown sugar, brandy, and raisins with a dry wood finish. Descent. Little muddled.
