On tap at flying saucer Houston. P hazy chestnut with a soapy white head. Nose is grassy and citrus hoops. Sweet but balanced. Taste is similar with a touch more pine SAP than the nose. Like this beer a lot and understanding why it has been deemed a "staff favorite". Drinkable but complex! taphandle (1135) - Texas, USA - AUG 6, 2011
Amber, good head. Some pineapple in the aroma with slightly sweet fruit and some flowers in the flavor. A good bu tnot overly bitter IPA. deyholla (12191) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - AUG 4, 2011
On cask at petrol station. Pours a slightly hazy amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a bit of citrus but is mainly full of dank pine and earthy notes. Flavor begins with a nice citrus note that is overtaken by resinous pine with a bit of a dank note. mattmc1973 (479) - Sterling Heights, Michigan, USA - JUL 27, 2011
On tap at some bar in Austin, TX (not Ginger Man). Deep orange color with frothy off-white head. Aroma of pine and grapefruit hops and sweet caramel malt. Taste is quite bitter with a nice sweet balance. Mouthfeel has moderate carbonation and smooth, finishes dry. Very good IPA. cwsample (164) - Texas, USA - JUL 12, 2011
At GingerMan. Golden-haze color with a white head. Nice IPA smell, slightly fruity, but mostly cedar. Not too strong, great beer.

Another tap offering from the Ginger Man in Austin, TX. Slightly hazy light amber with a short and stubborn cream white head. Modest citrus aroma with some fresh baked biscuity notes. More citrusy hops in the flavor along with some spicy herbal character, mild caramel, vanilla and a stiff set of malt rails. Full and refreshing texture and a dry, mildly bitter finish. Overall a nicely balanced and very drinkable IPA. jcwattsrugger (12524) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JUN 27, 2011

On tap - Gingerman Plano.
Orangish, amber pour - wonderful white head. Delicious aroma of vanilla, apricot, and citrusy hops. Good amount of malt aroma as well. Flavor is very smooth with a slight bitterness coming through on the the back end. Very balanced and easily one of the best TX brewed IPAs out there. Wish they would bottle already! blutt59 (6579) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAR 27, 2011
