Tap at ginger man in Plano. Earthy aroma. Floral taste, just the perfect blend. Nice IPA. All hail 512

Tap at Gingerman Ft. Worth. Pours orange with a firm white head. Grapefruit aroma, with some florals. Earthy hops, light sweetness with a bit of bitterness, more like an aggressive APA but very drinkable.

On tap at Ginger Man Austin. Nose is thick with piney grapefruit hops, fresh, light biscuit malts on the end. Taste mirrors the nose, with juicy grapefruit, light sweetness, and long bitter piney finish. Medium body, a little dry. Could use a little more malt to balance the resinous hops, but overall a decent IPA for those seeking a good hop kick.

Pours hazy golden-amber with puffy head that laces all the way down. Aroma is grapefruit and floral hops. Taste is grapefruit and floral hops. Bitterness is mild, and so is malt and sweetness. Medium bodied, nice IPA.

GABF 2011. Clear briliant gold, with a small fluffy white head. Smells strongly of citic and pine hops, on a semi-sweet background of light malts. Big bodied with just a little linger, and a little too imbalanced. Too much herbal/citric/floral hoppy bitterness without much malty sweetness to back it up. A little too "west-coast"

GODiSSOUTHERN (390) - Virginia, USA - NOV 7, 2011
The best Texas IPA I have tasted so far. Pours copper with nice white head. Citrus and tropical fruit. Very smooth hop flavor with just the right amount of malt backbone.

10.14.2011 - Houston, TX On Tap A tad sour overall but delightfully full of bittery hops. Well brewed and constant. Would definetly recommend it.

chibuck (3513) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 7, 2011
Draft... Medium orange, great tope head, cap covers forever, great lacing... Smells nice, oranges, lots of citrus notes, but hopes take a back seat until a light pine finish, needs a touch more balance to be awesome... Super bitter and hoppy, no malt or sweetness, so its a a180 from the nose, I like it a lot but again if balanced would be world class

50belair (3643) - Florida, USA - OCT 6, 2011
On tap at the Flying Saucer in H-town. Hazy burnt orange pour with a white head. Fruit and hop aromas. A real nice IPA with tropical fruit and citrusy hop aromas supported by a sturdy caramel malt backbone.
