had fresh and at 18 months, similar, but the fresh fleshy peach has died off qite a bit, but it’s still quite good now. at this point i’d keep at bottles left closed for at least 4-5 years, short term aging is done all it can. .. Bottle courtesy of a nice friend here. Was told some had problems with this, but none apparent here. Beyond pleasant, peach perhaps more in aroma than extreme peachiness, which is fine. Not a knocked out of the park sour, but quite enjoyable. Now curious if there current sours will be as good, better or not.

2/21/15. Sampled during RBWG 2015, from djd, I believe. Orange pour with a nice khaki head. Nice aroma, good sourness, acidic, lactic, mild peach. I’m not a peach fan, so I like that the fruit isn’t too heavy handed. Peach in the flavor, not too much, plenty of sourness, acidic, vanilla. I dig it! j12601 (12982) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUL 17, 2015
Pouring at Where The Wild Beers Are 2015. Pours a hazed amber with a thin white head. Big sweet acetic notes on the nose. Medium bodied, acid. Sweet with acidity, tangy slow peaches. Chewy acid, musk and a lingering tang. Jow (3998) - New York, New York, USA - MAY 31, 2015
At WTWBA. There would be quite a few peach offerings today and this is first. Big nose of deep peach. Tastes of peach and lots of peach skin, oak, slightly minty, and leaves. Kinda fuzzy peach skin palate at least that’s how I feel. Pretty good. jhamp9 (1923) - Corinth, Texas, USA - MAY 15, 2015
Hazy copper pour with a white head. Nice lacing. Aroma is peach, funk, wood, and earth. Taste follows the nose with a lot of peach and a nice tartness. Dry finish. Really good beer. Sledutah (7763) - Utah, USA - FEB 27, 2015
