Draught. Hazy straw yellow pour with fine lace. Nose is clove, citrus, belgian yeast. Flavor is citrus, clove, fruit, straw. Lively carb and dry finish. ansermadide (1526) - Kyle, Texas, USA - SEP 15, 2013
Hazy, light yellow in color with a fine, bright white head. It has a soft, soapy aroma of what smells like wheat and light citrus. It’s very bright and great in the mouth, with minimal yeast character, really allowing the wheat and pilsener-like graininess to come through. It has an Asian pear-like character, sweet, crisp, and tart, that surfaces in the finish, really making you pay attention to the seemingly simple beer’s complexities. I’m pretty sure this beer is aged by now. Unless they’re re-releasing it. Overall, it’s light, soft, and delicate, yet booming with sweet, inviting flavors of a fruity tripel - and without the yeastiness! Awesome. FriendOfBeer (101) - Dallas, Texas, USA - AUG 24, 2013
Had on tap at the 512 Brewery. Aroma is of alcohol and spice. Appearance is a cloudy apple juice. Taste is of cloves, spice, and banana. For being 9.5% the alcohol presence is almost tasteless.

Bottle shared by phaleslu. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. The aroma and flavor have bready malt, some sweet malt, grassy, wood, mild fruity character, citrus, peach, some floral notes. Everything seemed a bit soft. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - APR 22, 2013
October 2011 bottle, shared by phaleslu. Clear golden color. Thin white head. Couple loose dots of lace. Medium body. Soft carbonation, on the lighter side. Light belgian candy sugar, some banana, light spice. Light sweet taste, little zest. Some light orange-citrus, little peel. Light warmth in the finish. Solid American tripel

750 ml bottle with red wax, released October 2011. Can’t remember wich nice Texas RB member sent me this one. Ericandersnavy, maybe? Thanks, though! Aroma of bready and sweet malts, crackers, hay, and floral notes. Flavor of sweet malts, grass, hay, sugar, dried apricots, and peach. Medium-bodied, with high carbonation and a crisp, sweet mouthfeel. Good tripel. b3shine (9010) - Indiana, USA - APR 20, 2013
750 ml bottle to taster (thanks phaleslu). Looks solid; a transparent gold with fluffy off-white head. Smells doughy, hoppy, and yeasty. Tastes like it smells with a good mouthfeel. Solid beer. Beerman6686 (6607) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 5, 2013
This one poured a clear golden color with a white head. Aroma was of pale malt, light spices, and bread. Flavor was similar, did not have much characteristics of a tripel, tasted more like a pale lager with belgian spices thrown in. Still drinkable though and hides the alcohol pretty well. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - JAN 2, 2013
Bottle:   Dirty dark straw, moderate frothy white head, some spotty lacing.   Bright fruity floral aroma, not your typical heavy bready American style Trippel.   So smooth, fruity, and overall just surprising.   Not too spritzy, a bit floral, lingering fruitiness on the backside.   Really impressed.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate to full.   Finishes a little musty, but overall its bright, fruity, floral, and just plain tasty.   This is not your average overly bready mealy example of a Trippel.   Really impressewd with this one.   Thanks Bill! ration (2253) - Tampere, FINLAND - NOV 2, 2012
