Tap @ Down House. Hazy gold with a thin white head, though I didn’t see how it was drawn. Yeast, honey, light fruit. Mighty fine. SPDickerman (1315) - Texas, USA - OCT 15, 2012
Pours orange with a small fizzy white head. Smells mildly fruity, bready, yeasty. Taste is fruity, a tiny bit bitter. Medium-bodied with a fizzy texture and mild mouth-carbonation, (512) Three finishes a little bitter and a bit herbal. bleeng (1691) - Seattle still not near Beersel., Washington, USA - OCT 11, 2012
Draft. Yellow hazy pour. Nose is yeasty and slight citrus. Taste is the same but very mellow and smooth. One of the better US trippels. Nice. Robbievegas (469) - Las vegas, Nevada, USA - OCT 3, 2012
Tried this on tap at Mongoose versus Cobra in Houston, TX. Belgian tripel with light fruit and spice notes.

Capped and waxed 750 from ericandersnavy. Pours dark gold with a transient beige head. Aroma of fruits with a little kandi. Med body. Flavors of light tropical fruit, mild peppery spice and a little kandi hint. Smooth, mellow, etc. Finishes nearly dry and smooth. marcus (10668) - Sacramento, California, USA - APR 30, 2012
Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours blonde with a disappearing beige head and a fruity aroma. There is a carbonated fruity pale malt flavor that is a bit peppery. Not a typical tripel yet pretty tasty. TheThird (8) - Texas, USA - DEC 14, 2011 does not count
Not my favorite from this brewery. It has bannana back taste and with slight citrus overtones SudsMcDuff (8488) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - NOV 30, 2011

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with white head. Aroma is yeasty, fruity esters, spice, some farmhouse notes, black pepper and alcohol. Flavor has a sweetness to it, light acidic, fruity, yeasty, malt, pepper with a nice alcohol spice in the finish. Mouthfeel is medium-heavy body with fixxy carbonation. Solid brew!
