Hazy gold with a thin white head that laces nicely. Wheat, lemon, coriander, banana. Nothing unexpected but great at what it does. ZacM612 (700) - San Antonio, Texas, USA - FEB 19, 2015
Draft at JW Marriott. Cloudy, pale yellow with a little white head. Sweet and citrusy. Not bad.

Spicier than I remember. Nice wheat "base" with (what I'm calling) spice on top, is very nice. TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 23, 2014
Wheat, coriander, lemon zest, and a bit of yeast on the nose. Citrus and wheat on the palate, finishes with a sweetness, possibly from the coriander. Light and refreshing on a hot day. brucebruce81 (391) - GUAM - DEC 15, 2013
The beer overall was decent it had a German yeast wheat strain that almost tasted like a hefeweizen overall not bad though

UPDATED: OCT 4, 2013 Slightly hazy, intense gold. Big, beady white head. Funky, spicy, slightly doggy yest aroma. Very light diacetyl and mineral up front on a biscuity malting. Mild tanginess, a little non-descript fruitiness. Quick, starchy finish. Hops are faint. On tap, Hay Merchant, Houston. rosenbergh (11532) - Tampere, FINLAND - SEP 14, 2013
Draught at the Ginger Man, Austin, TX.
Hazy yellow golden colour with a small white head.
Wheat, yeast, mild spices and some maltiness in the aroma.
The flavour is wheat, yeast and some dry grainy maltiness. I guess this is somewhere in the crashing point of Belgian Witbier, German Hefeweizen and American Wheat Ale. Not bad that's for sure.

On tap at the Hay Merchant. It’s an unclear, yellowish golden beer with a small white head. There’s a touch of chicken manure in the aroma, which is mostly citrus and wheat. Not much coriander seeds going on. The flavor is quite sweet, with wheat, spent grains, citrus peel and a decent bitterness. Medium body, very soft carbonation. Citrus and some wheat and bitterness in the finish. Not very impressive this one. 130825 Pershing (559) - Garland, Texas, USA - AUG 20, 2013
Tap from the Flying Saucer in Garland, Texas. Bright cloudy yellow with no head to speak of. Aroma of citrus lemon and a little spice. This one should be tried first before a big malty one. Vinegar taste on the first sip with a lot of tang. Mouth puckering finish.
