2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bomber from Chase Street Market in Plymouth, NH. Pours out clear light golden color with a frothy white head. Good carbonation. Aroma and flavors are a bit skunky. Some peppery spice, smooth and drinkable, but something is off.
Good beer, but was hoping for more of a rye character. Might benefit for an earthy hop flavor, but also more rye.

(Rating #7494) tfontana (1087) - Fremont, New Hampshire, USA - APR 1, 2017
Can pour into nonic pint glass from Hannaford, Bedford NH. Appearance is lightly hazy light brown/orange with trace sparkle, 1.5-finger width foamy white head with decent retention and nice sudsy lacing. Aroma is cracker malts with light spice, earthy notes and almost a bit savory. Taste is sweet pilsner malts with that savory, almost meat-like, quality, European hops. Palate is medium bodied with thick, creamy texture, soft carbonation and muted lightly sweet finish. Overall, sort of strangely unique, which is laudable, but doesn’t entirely work. Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a hazy golden color with a fairly large foamy off-white head. Mild stringy lace.
The aroma had some biscuit/toasty malt, then rye plus some citrusy bitter hops.
The flavor blends the sweetness of the biscuits/toastiness to the rye and citrusy hops. Lingering citrusy to semi-spicy rye sort of aftertaste. Quick semi-spicy sort of finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Moderate carbonation. Good ABV.
Overall, in my opinion, I thought this was a pretty good rye beer well worthy of having again. Seasyl (3) - New Hampshire, USA - AUG 4, 2016 does not count
Better than most pale ales, but it hits the senses strongly. You really got like rye to enjoy this

12 ounce can from some random gas station. Hazy golden, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of biscuit and toasted malt, rye, citrus. The taste is rye, stone fruit, citrus, toasted malt. Thin bodied, refreshing, solid beer. Heather_B (256) - New Hampshire, USA - AUG 29, 2015
Okay, so this has a dark golden color to it. No head as far as I can see but I didn’t pour it. Tastes like it’s missing something - very flat and boring. The whole thing is faded hops and whatever else was allegedly put into the recipe. AdamChandler (5150) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 29, 2015
bomber. dark brownish orange pour. no head. aroma is light, bread like and you do get that rye spice in here. decent mouthfeel. rice and bread like mouthfeel with a consistency that’s just thin. rye and honey present. not much else. cheap (6007) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 19, 2015
Clean pale color. Again, like many of these 603’s, its quite astringent and sharp. The sharp bitter bite build thru the session. Possibly not as strong as most rye tho. Overall pungent. LuckyDog (615) - - APR 22, 2015
Very clean. Dry finish. I don’t taste much rye, but there’s a hint. Low bitterness.
