Bottle. And unclear amber colored beer with a beige head of moderate size. Rather spiced aroma, with a perfumed touch, ginger, nuts, caramel and some bread. It’s full-bodied, semi-sweet and with a nice carbonation. Roasted malts, perfumed notes, roses perhaps, ginger, nuts and caramel in the flavor. Lasting finish with a perfumed, spiced blend. Not my favorite from 7 Fjell, but it works fine anyway. Didn't really notice the tonka beans. 180210

170ml on tap at Ølhallen. Patchy surface, deep red-brown in the glass, dotted spots. Roasted dark malty nose, mid-dry. Taste of nuts, chocolate and herbal hops. Malt-driven, mid-sweet, finish, nicely roasted. Medium bodied. Decent version of the style. (Tromsø 27.01.2018).

Fra fat på Ølhallen 27 Jan 18. Dyp amber. Filmskum med litt farge. Lett karamellaroma. Smaken nøtter & sukkertøy. I søtligste laget.

From tap at Bøker&Børst with OGJ 11.12.17. Clear dark amber. Beige head and lacing. Moderate aroma, but more taste, of nuts, pistachi ice cream, medium dark malt, brittle and liquorice. Mediun ow bitterness is lingering on.

24.11.2017, 0,33l bottle @ home:
Nice bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is strange sour-ish spiced, weeds, toast, roasted grain, hay, orange peel, raisins, cinnamon, chocolate, caramel, salty licorice, sour coffee. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, sour-ish roasted grain, minerals, bark, toast, harsh coffee, hay, dusty cinnamon, sour coffee, paper. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh roasted mouthfeel. Fair enough, just weird...
