COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

33 cl bottle @ home, brought by my wife during stoppover in Oslo. Dark brown color (no red in sight). Frothy beige head. Aroma’s: dark malts, caramel, with resinous and somewhat citrussy hops. Flavor is above moderate bitter, roasted malts, light sweet. Medium bodied. Long finish, roasty, moderate bitter. Nice.

One of the best I have tried in Norway, tastes like 6.8 % but I wish it wasn’t and I could enjoy a lot more of it.

330ml bottle @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours deep brown with tan topping. Aroma of soft malts, pine hops. Taste continues smooth on the palate, soft caramel, a touch woody with nice grapefruit / pine shades. Decent and sessionable.

kaserov (735) - Oviedo, SPAIN - FEB 13, 2017
Carbonatación media tirando a baja.

Dohny (366) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - JAN 14, 2017
Dark brown color with ruby tones, beige head. Medium to high fruity hoppy aroma. Medium body, velvety mouthfeel, low to medium carbonation. Flavor: citrusy, fruity, caramel. Ballance towards bitterness. Nice malty start followed by pleasant bitterness which lingers long in aftertaste.

Cunningham (7946) - Halden, NORWAY - DEC 6, 2016
Amber color with a fine off white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a smooth carbonation level. Tad sweet and a nice bitterness. Flavor last a long time. Bready, toffee, fruity, pine and grapefruit hoppy flavor.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks Stas & Max. Deep amber. Aroma of malt, caramel, a bit of toast, slightly stale hops. Sweetish flavor with malt, a bit of caramel, toasty note, and bitterish citric and piney hops. Medium-bodied.
