COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

02.02.2018, 0,33l bottle sampled @ Bergen International Whisky & Beer Festival:
Nice light brown slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is dry roasted, toast, roasted grain, hay, minerals, chocolate, caramel, roasted coffee, hints of licorice. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish roasted, weeds, toast, roasted grain, burnt coffee, minerals, hay, puffed rice, chocolate, bark, paper. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly watery and harsh roasted mouthfeel. Fair enough.

From tap at Bøker&Børst with JFE, PEW and VAM 30.01.18. Ebony. Brown head. Excellent aroma and taste of roasted barley, freshly roasted coffee and dark chocolate. Still quite dry. Excellent quaffability!!!

On tap @ Henrik. Smells superb this. A lovely roastiness here. Rushes of coffee, dark intense bitter chocolate. A little licorice. It smells really good this. Tastes quite good also. Dry dark roasted. Really dry. Like a mix between a Schwartz and a foreign stout. Creamy almost in the mouth and it's the same on the soft bubbles. Roasty and toasty all the way. Bit of minerals and dry cocoa powder in the finish. Lightdrinkable and definitely tasty. Definitely one of the better from 7 Fjell lately. 27.01.2018
