Slightly hazed orange-amber pour with a medium white head that recedes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of biscuit malt and hops. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, bready malt and dried fruits. The finish is caramel malt up front with a short hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.
Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok.

Tap at brewery. Crisp filtered dark copper color, minimal head. I definitely get the "malt backbone", orange, banana, lime, and some sweet sugary hops. Interesting bitterness, but not the hop kind, there’s something there that lingers around and is slightly un-tasty. Somewhat hot wet mouthfeel. O.K...But I wouldn’t go as far as calling it an Imperial though. Crit (3973) - Surrey, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 31, 2016
A well made, nicely balanced beer. Because of the balance, the hopheads rate it far lower than it should be, but I pay no attention to them anyhow. stantheman (1036) - British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 28, 2016
A 4 oz taster at Brewers by the Bay festival in Bellingham WA. A medium amber, medium hop, big malt. 3.3 mintzmeet (457) - Seattle, Washington, USA - OCT 31, 2015
No real nose on this one, but tastes great. This is an IpA? Tastes more like a hoppy Amber. Nice lingering sweetness to it.

7 Seas Ballz Deep Double IPA 8.4%
On tap at Garage 39’s 2nd Anniversary Event. An orange gold pour with a thick beige head. The nose is big juicy citrus.mefium bodied with a raspy mouthfeel. The taste is sweet malts, fruity citrus, mint & pine. Tasty easy drinking stuff. Oakes (17274) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 9, 2015
Light bronze, touch of haze. Thin head. Light rambutan aromas and a subtle toasty crystal chewiness. Quite sweet, smooth but very caramel, and a dash of toffee. Poolieo (46) - Washington, USA - MAY 22, 2015
A hoppy flavor with sort of a sea salt after taste. Strong aroma but lite on mouth feel. Beware 8.4% alcohol.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a tumbler on 11.13.14.
A: Citrusy. It smells a lot like Oskar Blues Deviant Dale’s. Tropical fruit with a big brown sugar malt base.
A: 2 finger head. See through red/amber body.
T: Pineapple and brown sugar dominate. Pine is subtle and on the back end.
O: It really does smell and taste a lot like Deviant Dale’s, but it’s a bit rougher around the edges. Setting that aside, it’s not in the West Coast style because it has a big malt presence. This does have a nice bittersweet piney sting on the back end. andrewje41 (3739) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - SEP 7, 2014
16 Oz can pour. Pours a copper color. Bitter hops and caramel malt flavors, and a little boozy. Decent flavor here. You can tell it’s strong by the taste. Overall a pretty good IIPA. Will drink again.
