Fresh 16oz can. Pours a darker copper gold with faint haze. Very balanced nose, piney slightly fruity and catty hops, present but not cloying malt sweetness. Light mouthfeel, given the appearance. The hop taste is a touch soapy that wasn’t really detectable on the nose, they aren’t also overly bitter. Just really balanced and getting close to sessionable. Love that they are canning this, but $12 4 packs seem a bit steep. Good for them if they are getting that, but I will stick with Fremont IPA as my go to for under $10 for a six pack.

Another gusher from 7 seas! Pours cloudy amber with a huge off-white head, good lacing. Aroma is fruity, caramel and pine. Flavor is grassy, grapefruit and citrus zest
Tap at brewery. Pours a very clean filtered medium amber, minimal head. Strong piney hop aroma, taste Citra and not much else. Not much malt backbone. Meh overall 78samh (287) - Olympia, Washington, USA - AUG 25, 2016
Gold pour from a 12 oz can. Nice aroma of citrus fruits and floral hops. A little tropical fruit taste with mellow bitterness for the style. Well balanced IPA. shoulderbroken (4255) - Tokyo, JAPAN - JUN 20, 2016
Tap at Watering Hole. Stinky tropical fruit, quite sharp aroma, taste is initially bitter but later on the malt takes over. Good stuff, caramel, little spice. Good. Like it.

Nice dark orange. Smells like a normal IPA. This is delicious. Crisp, nicely carbonated. Not extremely hoppy, but good.

Can from Sake no Taniguchi (World Beer Market). Piney nose, with grass and gentle grapefruit. Amber/copper color. Light malty initial, decent hopping in mid palate, some tropical fruit. Medium body (a bit light, actually). Okay, Nice little mid-palate jump in hop biiterness. Not a really special IPA. willisread (3293) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - FEB 6, 2016
Can from Tanakaya. Drank straight from the can. Pine, orange and some light tropical fruit in the nose. Pithy, scratchy bitterness on the palate with juicy fruit. Bitter finish that lingers. Very drinkable, but a little on the bitter side. Beerdrinker79 (2188) - Idaho, USA - NOV 28, 2015
12 oz bottle- Pours clear old golden with a large off white head that sticks around. Aroma is citrusy, piney and earthy. The taste is resinous and dank, citrusy, a bit too earthy. Body is a bit thin, and carbonation is medium. Just okay. miyauchi38 (1096) - chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 23, 2015

Orange with a white head. Aroma is malty citrus with a toasty edge. Flavor is similar with an overriding metallic tinge. That metal really gets in the way of the enjoyment. It almost gives it a rusty note. I’m not picking up the big juicy citrus they talk about. Middle of the road.
