Cloudy yellow/orange coloured, medium to big white head, yeasty spicy nose. Acidic hanf taste with notes of yeast, hops and spices. Slight herbal touch in the finish. The beer was two weeks over BBE but still drinkable.
0.5l bottle brought from Vienna by a friend (thanks Ivana!)dunkpigen (379) - Kolding, DENMARK - JUL 29, 2008
A little past its bb date but still ok. Murky orange-yellow body with a medium sized white head taht took its time to go away. Strong yeasty nose. The taste is hoppy, with an obvious presence of hanf, nicely spicy/herbal. Yeasty, light acidity, long yeasty aftertaste. Ok overall I guess. Just a little off (the yeast is too prominent). Might rerate it at the brewpub.
Pours hazy golden with a nice white head. Aroma is herbal, spicey and creamy toffee... Flavour is hoppy again herbs and some toffee - with a long aftertaste. Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 16, 2008
Draught at the brewpub. Clear yellow - white head. Spicy, hemp (pot/hash), smell of ganja, light sweetness, nice bitterness, fruity. OK. thewolf (12594) - Kolding, DENMARK - JUL 13, 2008

Pours hazy pale golden with lots of bubbles. A pretty, creamy, white head on top. Aroma has weak butter and a slight herbal touch. A bit thin at first, but it really gets a bit creamy. Clear hemp character in flavour, rather malty sweet. Refreshing with a good, long, lingering, herbal finish.
500ml swing-top bottle (Bügelflasche) (bb.31.12.07) bought at 7 Stern Bräu and enjoyed at our hotel in Vienna. Almost clear, amber in colour topped by a slowly fading white foam that left good lacing on the glass. Fruity aroma with elements of pineapples and grapefruits. Sweet herbal taste stongly supported by succulent oranges. Dry, but short ending. Refreshing and easy to drink (03.12.2007). joergen (28108) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 25, 2007

Comments: I’ll be damned! They managed to do a good hemp beer, but then again, it can’t be too hard with such a great basis as their märzen. Very perfumey indeed, concentrated nose with a floral outburst. It does feel much duller in mouth though and somewhat thin and overly herbal compared to the powerful nose.
Bottled. Hazy pale orange. Fruity apricot aroma. Sweet and medium boduied with rounded mouthfeel. Fruity almond character from the hemp with some gentle grassiness behind. In typical 7Stern tradition the malt backbone is solid and vital. Some late bitterness. A thoroughly well made beer. Jukkabro (3484) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 24, 2007
Dark yellow colored, slightly cloudy appearance. Again this handmade yeasty aroma with some flowery and lemony tone. Aroma does not differ very much from Helles I had earlier. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is soft with yeasty-flowers again, maybe hints of some herbs here, but not very obviously. Aftertaste dries mildly.
