Moretum (173) - Vienna, AUSTRIA, AUSTRIA - JUN 7, 2017
Ok.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a solid white head. Aroma is boozy sweet malt with a hint of orange. Taste is a sweet grain and malt hit, a lot of booze that fades a little leaving a sweet, dry finish. It’s ok.

On tap at brewery. Aroma isn’t cool at all and look is average. Taste is highly malty. I feel bread and yeast. Voltage is quite visible. An okay bock

Michael27 (2225) - Berlin, GERMANY - MAY 9, 2016
Frisch vom Hahn im Biergarten der Brauerei. Goldig, leicht trübe im Glas. Malzig süßlich im Antrunk. Dann kommt leichte, nicht unangenehme Alkohollast im Nachgang.

Malty and slightly alcoholic aroma, golden color with a mild head. Again, malty taste, a bit sweet,

SeniorZozo (1590) - Budapest, HUNGARY - MAY 1, 2016
2016. May version tap. Orange color with medium white head. Sweet malty, fruity aroma, maybe some flowers. Taste, starts sweet, continues with orange, alcohol is noticeable especially in finish. Drinkable.

Saeglopur (2255) - Vienna Woods, AUSTRIA - JUN 11, 2015
Draught at the brewpub.
Dark golden, amber, moderate hazy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, white head.
Quite light aroma of dried fruits, honey, citrus, some grass.
Tastes of bread, citrus, dried fruits, honey, grass.
Full, creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes bitter-sweet, a bit zesty, fruity, bready, with some honey.

OK. Not the best Bock from 7 Stern I’ve had. Nice fruit notes, but overall quite one-dimensional.

worldbeertaste (1806) - West Midlands, ENGLAND - JUN 1, 2014
Hazy amber with a thin, disappearing, white head. Smells of honey, citrus, fresh fruit, caramel and malt. Tastes about the same but bland with a bit more vegetable. Mouthfeel is medium and oily. I don’t like it.

Has a sweet aftertaste. Smells floral to me. I think it would be better without the sweetness.
