COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A blond, unfiltered lager with a predominantly hoppy aroma and with noble old world hops from Saaz. Dry and refreshing "Wiener Helles" resembles German Pilsners. This creation by our Slovak Head Brewer Vlado Sedmak is one of the most popular beers at 7Stern Bräu.

On tap at the brewery. Pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is grassy hops some honey sweetness a light cereal malt and a touch of spice. Taste is more of the light honey sweetness mellow malts grassy hops and the little spice.

0,33l from tap at the brewpub like a week ago. light yellow hazy color, small white head. smells of bread, spices, light herbs. nice smell. medium body, light carbonation, soft mouthfeel. tastes of bread, tobacco, spices, grassy. finishes lightly bitter with notes of grass and some bread. quite good one but a bit light on the taste.

Yellow, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, white head.
Aoma of bread, hay, flowers, some grass, honey.
Taste follows this, with fresh, slightly minty herbs.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes moderate bitter, floral, a bit herbal, a bit grassy, bready.

Nice one. Refreshing and easy, but also quite aromatic, with nice floral and fresh herbal notes. A quite above average Helles, very well drinkable.

Malty, bit sweet aroma, light gold color with steady head. Mild polite malty taste with very light bitter ending. Stays on a tongue leaving refreshing touch. Nice summer beer.

Hazy golden color with a big frothy white head. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an ok carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Wortish and quite strong herbal flavor. Decent easy drinkable lager.
