Nice dark red brown. Caramellized. Rather boring and light body. Somewhat bitter.
An okay Irish Red. Pours dark amber with a thick off white head. Medium bodied. Thin caramelly sweetness, a little floral hoppiness. Tried for the first time at the brewery in 2008. kidmartinek (5007) - austin, Texas, USA - OCT 18, 2013
Deep amber color with significant haze. Frothy, dense off-white head. Light, bitter-sweet malty aroma. Medium malty, nutty flavor. Very well balanced. Good red ale and I usually don’t like these but this one finishes with a nice little dose of hops. The cascade is very nice in this beer. it covers the glass completely 100% in a white blanket. deyholla (12589) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - OCT 12, 2013
On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with a tan head that lasts throughout the beer and laces nicely. Aroma has sweet grains and bread with a touch of grassiness. Flavor has a good amount of sweet grains and bread with a touch of grass. Cavie (4874) - Arlington, Texas, USA - JUL 28, 2013

Draft at brewpub. Poured amber brown with a medium-sized off-white head. Aroma and flavor were sweet caramel malt, lightly toasted, some floral hops. Nice Irish Red.

Tap at brewpub. Deep copper red body. A thin light khaki head. A malty caramel apple nose is up front. There is also some nice crusty bread. This tastes sweet with lots of wood. There is also some bread crust and peanuts. Decent. jcnielsen (3416) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - OCT 25, 2012
On tap at the brewery. Pours an amber color with white head. Nutty, bitter, slightly hoppy, some oakiness in the flavor. Irish ales aren’t typically my style, but this one isn’t too bad. berrya785 (441) - Kansas, USA - MAR 23, 2012
UPDATED: APR 27, 2012 On tap. Aroma is hoppy and fruity. Poured amber with a nice off white head. Tasted malty and bitter slight fruitiness. Very nice. KAggie97 (3529) - Ugly, Hot, and Humid Spring, Texas, USA - FEB 22, 2012
Tap at brewpub.
Pours a thick amber with a nose of honey, golden wheat, wet hops, and autumn perfume. Flavor is retarded peach, winy raisin, and bread. Average mouthfeel. O’funky stuff.
