The body was very cloudy yellow with a decent white head. The aroma was lemons with some ginger and a little bit of raspberry. The taste had some dry raspberries with a little toast and some iced tea. This was a solid fruit wheat.

Tates just like their other wheat beer, with the addition of some raspberry fruitiness, that is quite subdued, and not overpowering the other flavors of the beer. Slightly sour and perfumey, but drinkable.

a bit shy about trying this one, fearing a sickly sweet jolly rancher college girl oriented beer (like say new glarus belgian red) , i was pleasantly surprised to find a drier raspberry fruitiness which complements this light bodied soft-wheat beer. reminds me of a lighter version of la choulette framboise. a nice variation of the cow town wheat.

On draft at the brewpub. Aroma: All raspberry, all the time. Apperance: Hazy straw yellow with a thin head. Maybe a pink-ish tint. Flavor: The raspberry does not overpower the beer, which is good. Still tastes a lot like Cowtown Wheat, which is bad. Mouthfeel: Medium body and a touch of carbonation. Overall: Not bad for a fruit beer.

Presents the same color as the regular wheat, like a light hazy straw. This has a moldy berry nose, but the mellow sweetness and nice little bitter bite that follows to counter it makes me give it a good rate.

Head is small, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing. Body is hazy light amber. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (flowers), with a light note of raspberry. Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Just another light and simple fruit beer.

On tap at the brewpub. Smells like bath & Bodyworks hand sanitizer. Not too-lollipop like, but close. Not annoying in that it has no strange chemical flavor, but that smell!?! Heavy fruit scent, but taste is not to match.

I assumed this was the same as the Cow Town by its appearance, which was exactly identical. Light, fruity aroma, with same flavor notes. Lighter palate than the Cow Tow, with the sugar taking some of the sting off of the carbonation. Weak fruit beer concoction. (on tap at Lawrence, KS location)

Hazy golden color. Light raspberry aroma. The flavor is light with a raspberry finish. This is the product of adding raspberry to a nearly flavorless beer. It actually has a nose and a flavor, though it is a raspberry flavor, not a beer flavor.

UPDATED: MAY 10, 2005 It is a very light tasting beer, but the fruit flavor tastes real, and it still tastes, however minimaly, like beer. A nice little brewery attempt at a difficult genre of beer. The pink color is a little wierd at first.
