Lucked out and was at the brewery day of the bottle release. Pours a hazy yellow with little to no head. Noise is HUGE and full of big sweet wine notes with a bit of citrusy funk. Taste is very winey but not so much, absolutely amazing on the palate. Huge flavors of sweet wine, tart grapes, citrus, and the perfect balance of funk from the brett. This is absolutely amazing.

Pours a hazy gold with a paperthin head, lots of carbonation. Aroma of sweet malt, white wine and some citrus. Taste follows, slightly tart with a lot of wine. Really nice

Bottle from 7venth Sun. Pours a clear yellow with a small white head. Nose is vinous white grapes, white wine, sweet malt, some oak, and mild pear. Flavor is similar with white vinous character and oak all the way through the finish. Light to medium in body and very nice overall.

Huge thanks to Paulunwin for this bottle. Hazy gold with a small white head. Funky aroma with fruity brett, grape, pear, oak and soil. Flavor is pear, white wine, oak, funk, grape, earth and sour. Medium body with light carbonation. This was a tasty treat from an up and coming brewery!

375mL pours clear deep gold with a near white head of foam. The aroma has sweet apple notes, pears, earthy apple skins and a soft pear like essence. The taste is similar with a nice mild tartness cutting through the apple to pear like fruity sweetness. This is lovely. The sweetness, the earthiness and the slight tartness create a pleasing harmony.

This beer is wildly unique. The brett strain that 7venth sun uses is completely different then any other. Aroma is coconut, lime, banana, and potent oak. Taste is vinous, pina colada, and huge spicy oak. Great beer.

355ml bottle pours a watered down apple juice color, aromas of tart grapes, brett, loats of chardonnay, some wet wood, and light barn yard. Flavors follow suit, light driness in the aftertaste, intersting beer, cant wait to see how this one will age.

12 oz bottle to taster (thanks Mark!). Looks good; a transparent light orange with thin white lacing. Smells. And tastes good too; doughy and yeasty with a nice Chardonnay influence. Good on the palate too. Good beer!
